Teachers are often found to be working late hours. Their lives can get pretty hectic at times. They might even be going to a function or get-together right after school lets out and it’s always helpful to be prepared. But they don’t want to clutter up their already full classrooms with a ton of regular sized items they may or may not ever need to use.
Classroom Teacher Emergency Kit Ideas
This teacher emergency kit is PERECT. It’s ONE box (easy to find in the classroom) full of all the things they can use on the fly if needed. In my opinion, this emergency teacher survival kit has to be the most useful and practical gift to give of all and if you plan ahead, the whole box could cost you only $1.
Yep, that’s right $1. You’ll need to buy the plastic pencil case. As for what you fill it with, you can get free samples all year round and save them for your teacher emergency kit.
Here are a couple websites that I like the best for finding and getting free samples:
- Slickdeals Forum
- Freebies For Mom
- Free Fly’s
- Woman Freebies
- I Love Free Things
- Sample A Day
- Sweet Free Stuff
- My Free Product Samples
Here are a couple quick tips when getting free samples that you will want to make sure and do:
Open up a separate email address for any samples you apply for, because YOU WILL get emails from those companies!
Don’t give out too much personal information. Usually they only ask for name, address, phone number, and email address. I use a generic random phone number like 999-9999, so they know it’s not real and aren’t calling someone, but it’s still keeping my phone number private. Sometimes they will ask for other information as well. Just be choosy on what you give out according to your own conscience.
Don’t sign up for free trials…they suck you in and it’s just not worth it.
