Chocolate Chip Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup all-purpose flour
- 1 Cup sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup buttermilk
- 1 Cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Step 1: In a bowl mix the sugar and eggs.
Step 2: Pour in the buttermilk and mix.
Step 3: Incorporate half the flour, mix well, and then the other half.
Step 4: Add the chocolate chips.
Step 5: Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into a pan set over medium heat.
Step 6: Cook for 3 minutes or until small bubbles start to form.
Step 7: Flip and cook the other side for 2 minutes.
Step 8: Serve and repeat until all the batter is used.
