Homemade Chocolate Milkshake with Ice Cream
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup chocolate chunks
1/3 Cup cocoa powder
1/2 Cup sugar
1 Cup Dairy milk or a dairy free alternative
Ice to taste
Vanilla ice cream to taste
Chocolate chip cookies, crushed
Directions:
Step 1: Place the chocolate chunks in a pan over medium heat until fully melted.
Step 2: Add the cocoa powder, sugar and milk.
Step 3: Stir for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Transfer to a blender.
Step 5: Add the ice and pulse for 40 seconds.
Step 6: Pour into tall glasses.
Step 7: Add the vanilla ice cream.
Step 8: Top with the crushed chocolate chip cookies.
Serve and enjoy.
Tips:
Add some cookies into the blender to amp up the crunchiness. Top with chocolate syrup sauce!
