Super Easy Quiche Recipe
Ingredients:
For the crust:
- 2 Cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 Cup butter
- 1/4 Tsp salt
For the filling:
- 3 Eggs
- 1/3 Cup butter
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1/4 Shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a pie pan.
Step 2: In a bowl, use the hands to mix the flour, salt, and the butter.
Step 3: Push the dough into the mold and set aside.
Step 4: In a bowl add the eggs, butter, and salt. Mix well.
Step 5: Add the cheese and mix well. You can add spinach here too if you’d like! Or bacon to make it more of a quiche lorraine.
Step 6: Pour into the crust and take to the oven.
Step 7: Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the egg mixture is cooked but still jiggly.
Step 8: Remove from the oven and let cool down for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
Tip: Make a big batch and keep in the fridge for up to 4 days.
