These little homemade puff bites contain a big punch of flavor- bacon, cheese, pasta. YUM!

Easy Bacon Mac and Cheese Puffs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Package mac and cheese
- 2 Puff pastry sheets
- 5 strips bacon
- ¼ Cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsps melted butter
- 2 Eggs beaten
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking pan.
Step 2: In saucepan cook the mac and cheese following the packaging instructions.
Step 3: While waiting, set a pan over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy. Chop it and set aside.
Step 4: 4 Minutes before the pasta is ready, drain the water and incorporate the cheddar cheese and butter. Stir over low heat until fully incorporated.
Step 5: On a lightly floured surface, place the pastry sheets and using a cutter cut into 2-inch squares.
Step 6: Fill each square with 1 tsp mac and cheese and some bacon.
Step 7: Cover with another square and press the edges to seal it.
Step 8: Repeat until all puff pastry squares are used.
Step 9: Brush some of the beaten eggs on top of each pocket.
Step 10: Transfer to the baking pan and bake for 20 minutes or until done. You could also cook them in an air fryer if you prefer.
