Quick! Your family is really hungry and they want to eat right away! What do you do? This homemade BLT Pizza is the perfect recipe for you to make in those busy times when you need a quick meal and it tastes SO different from any other pizza you’ve had!
No more, same ‘ol, same ‘ol.
BLT Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
- Pre-made pizza crust (I used Boboli)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 13 slices of bacon
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 3 small tomatoes, chopped
Directions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 F.
Step 2: Cut bacon in small pieces, cook it, and set aside.
Step 3: In a small bowl mix mayo and garlic powder.
Step 4: Spread white mayonnaise mixture on pre-made pizza crust as the sauce.
Step 5: Cover pizza crust with cheddar cheese and top with 2/3 of cooked bacon.
Step 6: Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
Step 7: Top with lettuce, tomatoes and remaining bacon! Serve and enjoy!
