Cheddar Bacon Ranch Roll Ups Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 Bacon strips
- 1 Cream cheese brick
- ¼ Cup ranch dressing
- ¼ Cup sour cream
- ¾ Cup cheddar cheese, sliced into cubes
- ½ Cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 Tortillas
Directions:
Step 1: In a bowl whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch sauce.
Step 2: In a pot over medium heat, add the previous mix and cheddar cheese. Mix until the cheese melts.
Step 3: Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool down for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Cut the bacon strips into small pieces and cook them in a saucepan until crispy.
Step 5: Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the tortillas and add the bacon and mozzarella cheese.
Step 6: Roll them up, and cut them into pieces of around 1 inch wide.
Serve and enjoy.
