Cottage Cheese Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 TBSP plain Greek yogurt (about 1/2 the container)
- 1 large container cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 TBSP parsley
- 3 cups shredded cheese
Instructions:
Chop parsley finely.
Mix yogurt, cottage cheese, and mayonnaise in a bowl thoroughly.
Add parsley into mixture.
Add shredded cheese and mix well.
Serve with carrots, celery or other veggies. You can also serve with Cheetos, fruit or crackers.
If you like hot dips, you can make it spicy. Some people like to add onions or condiments like Worcester sauce, for example.
