Spreading the Word of God in your community is not as difficult as you might think! Let’s explore some ways to easily spread the truth (creation science evangelism) with some fun evangelism tools and free resources!
Creation Science Evangelism
Let’s start with…
Dino Easter Egg Magnets
Dino Easter Egg Magnets are SUPER easy, draw attention, and fun for the recipient to receive. I stuck one to a picnic table at a local elementary school. Check it out!
You will need:
- As many 3 inch plastic Easter eggs as you want to fill,
- Stop Following Me! Tracts (1 per egg)
- Plastic dinosaurs that will fit into the 3 inch Easter egg (1 per egg)
- Adhesive magnetic buttons OR magnets and a hot glue gun.
Instructions:
- Open the Easter egg
- Fold the tract into thirds lengthwise.
- Take the strip of tract and fold it into a loose circle.
- Put the tract inside the egg (if it’s Easter, here’s some cool He is Risen printable inserts for Easter eggs in the shop for free!)
- Put the dinosaur into the egg.
- Contain it all with the top ½ of the egg.
- Peel back the adhesive cover on the magnet.
- Press the magnet onto the lower, back side of the egg (OR apply the hot glue to the lower back side of the egg and carefully attach the magnet to the glue.)
- Now you’re ready to distribute the egg! I attach mine to anything magnetic. It works even if you have a couple leftover after Easter because kids will find what they think is a leftover egg from an Easter egg hunt!
Dino Magnet Clips with Creation Tract
Dinosaur Magnet Clips are a fun and creative way to showcase a tract and keep it from blowing away.
You will need:
- Dinosaur stickers OR dinosaur confetti OR a tiny dinosaur paper puncher and colorful paper (4-6 dinosaurs per clothespin)
- Elmer’s Glue
- Wooden clothespins with metal hinges (as many as you want to make)
- Tweezers
- UV Spray
- Stop Following Me! Tracts (1 per clip)
- Sandwich sized plastic zip-top bags (1 per clip)
- Adhesive magnets OR regular magnets & a hot glue gun (1 magnet per clip)
- Punch out a BUNCH of dinosaurs (OR gather your TINY dino stickers OR dinosaur confetti).
- Affix dinosaurs (either with glue or as a sticker) to one side of the clothespin and let dry. I used about 4-6 dinos per clothespin but that depends on the sizes of the dinosaurs and clothespins. (I also found that handling the tiny dinosaurs was easier using tweezers, but do what’s comfortable to you.)
- Once dry, peel the paper backing, add your magnet, and press lightly. (Or attach a magnet with hot glue.)
- Spray with a UV spray and let dry.
- Put one tract inside the zip-top bag.
- Zip it shut.
- Clip the bag with the Dino Magnet Clip, and attach (by magnet or just clipping it on) to a location to share the truth about creation!
