Do you love Rocky Road ice cream? Who doesn’t, right?! That was the inspiration for these Dark Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies.
They are decadently delicious, and go perfect with a glass of milk!
Dark Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ Cups all purpose/plain flour
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 Tsp baking powder
- 1 Tsp baking soda
- 2 Tsps ground cinnamon
- ½ Cup cocoa powder
- 1 Cup butter
- 1 Large egg
- ½ Cup mini marshmallows
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees hot.
Step 2: In a bowl mix the butter and sugar.
Step 3: Beat in the egg.
Step 4: Sit in the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
Step 5: Add the cinnamon and cocoa powder and mix until everything is well incorporated.
Step 6: Transfer to a baking pan and top with the marshmallows. It can be stuffed with as many as you like! 🙂 You could even add extra like chocolate chips or fudge pieces etc.
Step 7: Take to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Step 8: Take out from the oven.
Step 9: Drizzle with some chocolate syrup over the melted marshmallows.
