Delicious and easy, this Italian bowl can be put together quickly on those nights you need a healthy dinner to feed your family fast.
Italian Bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 Pita bread, cut in fours
- ½ Lb beef steak
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ Cup Feta cheese
- 5 Lettuce leaves, chopped
Directions:
Step 1: On a chopping board, add salt and olive oil to the steak on both sides.
Step 2: Heat a saucepan over medium-low heat, and cook the beef until well done.
Step 3: Place the steak on a chopping board, and slice the steak.
Step 4: Fill the bowls halfway with the lettuce and add the pita bread on the side.
Step 5: Finish it with the steak and feta cheese on top.
Serve and enjoy.
