Italian Eggs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Mushroom
- ¼ Tsp onion powder
- ¼ Tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Step 1: On a cutting board, dice the tomato finely and slice the mushroom.
Step 2: Transfer to a pan.
Step 3: Add the eggs, salt, and pepper.
Step 4: Add the onion and garlic powder.
Step 5: Set to medium high heat and the reduce to medium low.
Step 6: Cook with a lid for 4 minutes or until done.
