Are you tired of the same old pizza with red sauce?
Step out of your “pizza rut” with this Mini Naan Pizza!
They are a tasty take on tradition pizza. So good, I’ll bet you won’t be able to eat just one!
Mini Naan Pizza
Ingredients:
- 4 ct package of mini Naan bread (I used Stonefire brand – usually in the bakery section of your local store – but any Naan bread will work)
- 1/2 C. mayo
- 2 tbs. pesto
- Fresh basil leaves (about 3-4 leaves per each pizza)
- 8 oz container of crumbled Feta cheese
- 1 pint of heirloom cherry tomatoes
Directions :
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2: Place the mini naan breads on a baking sheet and bake for 4-5 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Step 3: While the naan bread is cooling, combine the mayo and pesto in a small bowl.
Step 4: Spread the pesto mayo mixture over each naan bread.
Step 5: Place 2-4 fresh basil leaves on top of the pesto mayo.
Step 6: Sprinkle with Feta cheese crumbles.
Step 7: Slice the heirloom cherry tomatoes into 1/4″ slices and place 3-4 slices on top of each pizza.
Step 8: Bake 6-8 minutes, until the cheese and toppings are heated through.
Remove from the oven and enjoy.
