Tasty One Pot Tuscan Chicken Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
- 10 oz. Fusilli pasta
- 5 oz. chicken breast, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup parsley
- ½ tsp rosemary
- ½ tsp oregano
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Step 1: Cook the chicken breast in a pot over medium-high heat with the chicken broth, olive oil, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Add the heavy cream, pasta, and water if needed.
Step 3: Stir and cook the pasta as instructed on the packaging.
Step 4: Once done, drain and serve in plates.
Step 5: Add the parmesan cheese, parsley, and pepper.
Tip: If not on hand, swap out the heavy cream for milk.
