These Sticky Cauliflower Bites would make a great side dish for family dinners or appetizer at your next get-together!
They are THE perfect way to get your kids hooked on veggies! In fact, I don’t have any trouble getting my kids to eat their veggies at all. Here are my secret tricks of how I do it!
Baked Sticky Cauliflower Bites Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups cauliflower florets
- 3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
- ¼ Cup honey
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1 Tsp pepper
- 1 Tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 370° F.
Step 2: In a bowl combine the cauliflower florets with the honey, salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add the salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix well until everything is coated.
Step 3: Top with the Parmesan cheese and mix again.
Step 4: Spread the cauliflower florets onto a baking tray and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 5: Remove from the oven and let it cool down.
Step 6: Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
Tip: You can also add 2 Tbsp of BBQ sauce or sweet chilli sauce. Sprinkling on some sesame seeds is an excellent addition too!
If you want to make this dish vegan friendly, just use a vegan cheese alternative and replace the honey with agave or maple syrup, for example! 🙂
